Description
With over 30,000 licensed boats on the inland waterways, many are now using renewable fuel sources to heat their onboard living spaces. HETAS has observed a growing number of enquiries about the safe and effective design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of stoves on boats.
This course is suitable for HETAS Registered Installers, Sweep & Service Technicians and candidates with a marine industry background who wish to extend their scope and knowledge of solid fuel dry appliances in Small Craft.
Pre-Requisites
HETAS Core and one of the following:

Qualification:Â Candidates who successfully complete the course will gain HETAS certification, enabling them to register with the HETAS Competent Person Scheme (CPS) for the Installation in Small Craft.
