Say Goodbye to ‘Bat-VAT’
February 8, 2024You only have to look at social media to see some resistance to EVs from the public. However, despite this there has been a huge uptake in charging points in 2023, and this is expected to grow exponentially in 2024, with Europe being at the forefront of this growth. According to Middleton (2024) ‘Europe charging sessions’ outpaced ‘global trends,’ and grew by ‘70% and dispensing 87% more energy in 2023.’ This growth wasn’t only seen on the domestic side, but also in the commercial application. In addition, as can be seen here at GRE, many workplaces are implementing more charging points and ‘scaling their efforts’ to meet demand (Middleton, 2024.)
Whether consumers like it or not, the market is growing, and it is important to go with the change and not get left behind. Get involved in EVs today by clicking here.
