The Government Department for Energy Security & Net Zero has now made funding available for installers to become qualified to install Heat Pumps.
Learners need to be qualified heating engineers / plumbers or apprentices that have completed the second year of their qualification. You will also be required to hold an in-date Water Regulations & Unvented Hot Water Storage (G3) Certificates.
The funding is available to companies in England that have under 250 employees and have or work with a business that is certified by a competent person scheme.
The normal price is £795 + vat per learner.
However, with the grant award you will only pay:
£295 + vat.
